2023 Commencement

The 2023 Stanford Commencement Weekend will be held from June 15 – 18, 2023.

The Human Biology Diploma Ceremony will take place immediately following the main ceremony on Sunday, June 18th at 12:30pm in the Main Quad. The ceremony is expected to last approximately one hour and will be immediately followed by a reception with light refreshments. No tickets or registration will be required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Professional photographers will be on-site taking photos of each graduate during the ceremony. These photos will be available for viewing and purchasing after the ceremony here.
• Due to the location of our ceremony, you will be in direct sunlight, with minimal shade, for the entirety of the celebration. Please plan accordingly and be sure to bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, fans, and ample water! Umbrellas are discouraged so as not to block the view of other guests.

• **Please note: Due to severe airborne allergies, please do not bring apples of any kind with you or in your bags to the ceremony.
